Notification Services - Network Innovations customizes the ability to notify and update our Managed Services users on events in real-time and by methods designed to meet the specific needs and requirements of the user group. Notification can be sent to any desktop, pager or device that supports email, all Pocket PC PDA's and most SMS phones. Notifications include:

• Up/Down Alarm Notification - Alerts by site or device when a device goes down or comes back up and working.
  
• Degraded Condition Alerts - Based on equipment type, notifies when present thresholds are met.
  
• Open and Closed Tickets - Notifies when a ticket has been opened or closed.
  
• Network Auto Watch - Allows users or IT staff with one click to get notified as tickets are updated.
